On April 26, the head of the Executive Committee of SABAH groups of  the Ministry of Education Shahin Seyidzadeh  met with the students of the university at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL). Acting rector of AUL, Professor Afgan Abdullayev noted that the event aims to inform students will study in SABAH groups in the academic year 2017-2018, and instruct them about the selection process. 183 are studying on specialties of teaching of English and translation (on English) in SABAH groups, A.Abdullayev said. 53 out of those students were the first graduates of SABAH groups, he added. “To study in SABAH groups opens up great opportunities” professor said and noted that  the quality of education in these groups, teachers' knowledge and skills differ from other groups. Sh.Seyidzadeh noted that SABAH groups were created in the 2014/2015 academic year in order to improve the quality of higher education, personnel training and create a new environment in the higher education system. He further made a presentation on advantages of SABAH groups, the rules of admission, opportunities in education and out of education. The meeting ended with answering students’ questions.
