The Summer School in AUL continues successfully

The Summer School of the 2016-2017 school year at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) successfully continues its work. Important innovations have been applied during the free summer semester, which was organized by the rector of AUL, full  member of ANAS, honored scientist Kamal Abdulla. For the  Director of AUL Admission and Student Registration Center, Rena Farajova, the online registration was carried for the first time: "Online registration was applied for the first time at the university and it created conditions for the students in the regions to be registered more comfortably and efficiently ".

Summer School Director, Education Department Deputy Dean Banovsha Mammadova says that the school was organized on 102 groups, 61 teachers were involved, "I appreciate the decision of the rector on holding the summer semester free of charge at the Schools of Translation, Philology and journalism, Regional and International Relations, and Graduate. Not only AUL students, but also Baku Engineering University and Khazar University, as well as students from the University of Toronto, Canada, participate in the Summer School this year ".

Rahima Babayeva, a senior teacher at the II Foreign Language Department of AUL, said the students were very active in the lessons. "I highly appreciate the rector Kamal Abdulla's decision to conduct summer school free of charge. Taking into account the situation of students, this initiative is a humanistic step. The students are more actively involved in classes than in the previous summer schools, and I hope this will create conditions for their successful exams ".

According to Sadaf Ismayilova, a 3rd year student of the School of Education, as a result of regular attendance at the lessons, they have the opportunity to pass the exam successfully: "I am very grateful to the management of the university for taking this opportunity to consider the fact that this year's Summer School is free of charge.

I take this lesson seriously and take my lesson seriously to pass the test ".

Gulnara Jafarova, a 4th year student of the School of Education, also assessed the free schooling as a positive phenomenon and emphasized that AUL was an example for other universities in this regard. He said that after this decision the students' responsibilities increased, and teachers who see it burn their lives more earnestly.

It should be noted that the summer semester began at AUL on July 18. Summer semester consists of 5 weeks of training and 1 week exam session and will continue until August 25, 2017.
