On April 12, the election stage of festival of artistic creativity dedicated to the 94th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held  at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL). Festival of artistic creativity took place  to educate the high school students respecting  culture and national traditions, as the respect to the national leader’s  memory, as well as discovering and developing talents in the art according to the joint  decision of Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Educational Workers' Free Trade Union Committee of the Presidium.

The rector of Azerbaijan State Culture and Art University, chairman of the jury Farah Aliyeva, the art gymnasium choreography department head, People's artist Tarana Muradova, the teacher of Azerbaijani State Pedagogical University, the Honored Art Worker Naila Mirmammadli, the head teacher of Azerbaijan National Conservatory Samir Jafarov, the senior director of the Azerbaijani State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, honored artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hafiz Guliyev, laureate of international competitions, teacher of the National Conservatory, tar player Tarlan Novrasli watched performance of the festival selection phase.

Students of the university sounded  "Dada Heydar", "My marsalım" poems, "Wave" dance group "Lyric Dance", "Karabakh Yalli" performed dances, at the same time performed  "Azerbaijan ", "When the music dies" and so on.
