On April 13, Confucius Institute, which operates under Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) organized the festival on "Air postings".

Speaking at the opening of the seminar the Director of Confucius Institute, Professor Rafig Abbasov spoke about the formation of history "Flying dragon" in the Chinese holidays as well as traditions and rules of international festival "Air postings" held,in China's Veyfan city every year.

Employees of the Institute   spoke about contest program, where the winner was awarded “Paper snake king” title, development and forms of paper snakes, “air postings” symbolizing the disappearance of all the evils and negative thinking and the legends associated with the release into the sky.

In the frame of the event a master class was held on the development and description of “Air postings" and films on paper snakes of China was  shown.
