On November 21, the event dedicated to the anniversary of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) was held within the framework of the project “Auditorium +” organized by the Department of Azerbaijani Linguistics at Azerbaijan University of Languages ​​(AUL). Professor Adil Babayev, the head of the Department of Azerbaijani Linguistics, gave general information about the formation of the New Azerbaijan Party. He said the New Azerbaijan Party, which played a decisive role in the history of our people and our state, was established on November 21, 1992. He mentioned “the incompetent policy of the USSR caused the revival of the independence tendencies in the country.” Speaking about the plans of foreign countries in Azerbaijan, A Babayev said that independence and sovereignty, which are of great importance for our country, were gained by Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev. According to him, under the leadership of Heydar Aliyev, through the NAP's activities in the country and the political experience of the Great Leader Azerbaijan found its way out of the difficulties. A.Babayev dwelt on the strengthening of the national statehood in Azerbaijan, the emergence of the concept of ​​Azerbaijanism, the prestige of our state in the world, the formation of international relations, as well as the establishment of diaspora organizations, and added that such important issues are a logical consequence of Heydar Aliyev's well-thought policy.
