On December 22, School of German Language performed the irreplacable play of our great composer Uzeir Hajibayov in German.
The performance was orgainized on the initiative and support of Malahat Maharramova, head of German phonetics, grammer and history chair. The performers of the play were the students of School of German Language from groups № 292 and 293 Rzayev Fuad, Alizada Turkan, Mammadova Nurlana, Hamidova Zulfiyya, Teymurov Murad, Guliyeva Turkana and Karimov Bayram. One of the eight roles was performed by the teacher of above-mentioned chair Ilham Heybatov.
The play was devoted to 95th anniversary of “Arshin mal alan” liberetta. The main support to the students came from the director of the play Orkhan Mardan (freelance director) .It is important to mention that the performance was organized with the financial support of the chair without any help.
The ambassador of Germany to Azerbaijan Peer Stanckhina, his wife Kanta Stankhina and his son, as well as a professor of Berlin University and professor-student staff of AUL were invited to the ceremony. Mr P. Stankhina emphasized that the performance was organized on a high level and he enjoyed it very much.
The chair staff of German language phonetics, grammer and history headed by Malahat Maharramova and art director of the play Sevinj Khasieva express their gratitute to “Qafgaz vurgunlari” dance group and the director Orkhan Mardan for his tireless efforts and disinterested help to the students.
